the bed was huge and comfortable, a plus after long travel days.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly . dirty cups and tea bags were left unremoved. i also disliked the separate bathroom and toilet. It felt a bit cramped and lacked privacy since i was sharing with a friend (it was a bit awkward). food service was also very slow.

The hotel room was spacious and well equipped. The pool area was clean.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I paid for a villa with a balcony as advertised but I was given a room directly in front of the main kitchen and dining area. This offered very limited privacy and no balcony. There looked to be drainage issues in both the shower and toilet.
