The location IS very near to the pier and restaurants! It is also close to bars and cafes in the centre. Railay west beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were big and clean, WITH a great balcony overlooking the pool.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned. The mirrors, windows, and all glass surfaces had visible stains. The staff did the bare minimum ! no one offered help with our luggage.

dirty cups slow food service

the bed was huge and comfortable, a plus after long travel days.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly . dirty cups and tea bags were left unremoved. i also disliked the separate bathroom and toilet. It felt a bit cramped and lacked privacy since i was sharing with a friend (it was a bit awkward). food service was also very slow.

beautiful room excellent air conditioning front desk

i booked a beautiful double room pool access and i was so excited to arrive! the air conditioning worked great. the breakfast buffet offered cooked-to-order eggs and i loved it.. helpful front desk staff were always available.

limited privacy drainage issues

The hotel room was spacious and well equipped. The pool area was clean.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I paid for a villa with a balcony as advertised but I was given a room directly in front of the main kitchen and dining area. This offered very limited privacy and no balcony. There was to be drainage issues in both the shower and toilet.
